"content": " Thank you, Temporary Speaker. I rise to support this Report. I am a member of the Special Funds Accounts Committee. We came up with a few observations, especially with regard to the young lads; those who are seated on my left and on my right. Alcohol is not a friend to anyone. Temporarily, alcohol can be something that makes you feel high or forget some problems but, in the long run, it interferes with your brain. Your communication pathways in the brain get weaker with time and it makes it harder for it to control anything. You lose balance, judgement, friends and, if you are a husband or wife, you can lose your spouse. If you are employed, you can also lose your job. I am against allowing the county governments to license poison that kills people. If you are given authority to license something, you license products that can grow and sustain your people.
