I would not want to approach the issue because, as a Speaker, I do not agree with the position that upon a Member raising an issue on behalf of Kenyans, again, one has to follow other procedures to raise it again. It is an urgent issue. How do you want to approach the issue so that the House can have a satisfactory response?"
