"content": " Hon. Members, before we continue with debate, allow me to deliver a message to you, on behalf of Hon. Speaker. Hon. Members, pursuant to the provisions of Standing Order 42, I wish to report to the House that I have received a message from His Excellency the President regarding nomination of persons for appointment to various diplomatic offices. He conveys that, in exercise of powers conferred to him by the provisions of Article 132(2)(e) of the Constitution, he has nominated 27 persons for appointment to the offices of the High Commissioners, Ambassadors, Permanent Representatives and Consuls-General. The 27 persons are as hereunder—"
