    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. As the Assistant Minister attempts to answer this Question, I want him to come with information particularly regarding the former Acting PC for North Eastern Province, Mr. Maingi, who served in the Province for two years. The Government did not pay him any acting allowance and yet he was relieved of his duties when he was qualified to be confirmed as a PC. So, as the Assistant Minister comes with the answer, he should tell us why he did not pay him acting allowance for two years. The Assistant Minister should also tell this House why he failed to confirm Mr. Maingi and yet he deserved it."
