    "content": "The local community, through the Community Policing Initiative, raised funds in a bid to build two additional cells at Sultan Hamud Police Station but due to inadequacy of funds, they only managed to go up to lintel level leading to a stalled project. The Government has identified the stalled project for rehabilitation and evaluation has been done. A request for Kshs450, 000 has been made and it is awaiting approval upon which construction will commence immediately."
