    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, there are three officers whom I suspended pending further investigations and for them to show cause why further disciplinary action should not be taken against them. They were the Managing Director, the Acting Managing Director who has been mentioned by Mr. Gunda and the Chief Engineer of the Kenya Ferry Services (KFS). After looking through the audit report that we received from the Government, we discovered many anomalies which cannot be allowed to continue in any institution. Similar audits will be carried out in all parastatals that operate under the Ministry of Transport and similar action will be taken, if need be."
