    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Chairman. I rise to support this amendment. There is need of total overhaul of all the traffic laws in the Republic of Kenya. We need proper traffic management laws which incorporate even the use of satellite to monitor traffic. We must have a dedicated satellite for purposes of traffic management. Once you commit an offence, you are billed there and then—regardless of where you are, whether in Turkana, Lamu, Kikuyu or Nairobi. There is need for a serious overhaul of the traffic laws, so that we can have proper traffic management laws. This will go a long way in increasing the revenues of the Government. Thank you, Hon.
