    "content": "(b) The Ministry has initiated drop-in centres, which you may call rehabilitation centres in various local authorities as a stop-gap measure. Those centres provide essential services to street children such as counseling, screening, detoxification, temporary shelter, medical attention, feeding programs and access to education within primary schools under the local authorities. Key to success is access to free or compulsory primary education for school-age street children. That is being undertaken in Nairobi where over 500 children are accessing education at Morrison Primary School at the Bahati Area. The main attraction is the sustainable feeding program, provision of school uniforms, learning materials and accommodation."
