Otherwise, my last question is: Is the Minister aware that some Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) which claim to be caring for the street children are encouraging them to stay in the streets? They do not want them to move out of the streets because that is how they benefit. They pretend that they are feeding, clothing and taking care of the street children? What will you do to such NGOs which are encouraging street children to stay in the streets in the guise that they are helping them?"
