    "content": " I think many of the changes that have been brought have a lot of effect. I was asked to make amendments to my proposals. I thought some of them were ridiculous because what I was asked to amend is what my people want. Why do they want me to do something else? I know there has been the issue of walls. They said we cannot build walls using NG-CDF funds. There are several things that have come out. We need to sit down with them so that we align the demands of constituents and what the constituency requires."
