    "content": "This Bill proposes that the National Security Advisor to the president sits in the Security Council. I oppose this because the team in the security docket are all very senior civil servants who are responsible for very sensitive security arrangements in the country. Bringing in a security advisor who is not necessarily within the security organisations does not augur well in terms of putting forward security issues in the country."
