    "content": "The Report of the Budget and Appropriations Committee and the Budget Policy Statement (BPS) that we recently passed suggested that we set aside Ksh391 billion as the shareable revenue for the Financial Year (FY) 2024/2025. That proposal was adopted by the House. It was based on several parameters, the major one being that we need to reach a threshold of 15 per cent of the last audited financial report, especially on the revenue side."
