    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Assistant Minister has said that, as part of the corporate social responsibility of those two publishing houses, one of them donates large quantities of books that are distributed to schools. Could he tell us the criteria used to ensure that there is fairness in the distribution of those books and that all the schools are beneficiaries? It should not be a policy that favours schools that are connected to politically- correct individuals."
