    "content": "THAT clause 10 of the Bill be amended – (a) in subclause (1) by deleting the word “development” appearing immediately after the words “funds for the” and substituting therefor the words “design, development and maintenance”; (b) in subclause (2) – (i) by deleting the word “development of affordable housing schemes” appearing in paragraph (d) immediately after the words “facilitate the” and substituting therefor the words “design, development and maintenance of affordable housing schemes in all counties”; (ii) by inserting the following new paragraph immediately after paragraph (g)— (h) facilitate the provision of services to the projects under the management of the Fund."
