    "content": "THAT, the Bill be amended by inserting the following new clause immediately after section 42: PART VA – OWNERSHIP OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING UNITS Issuance of a 42A. (1) The Board shall, with the approval of the Cabinet certificate of Secretary, transfer the ownership of an affordable housing unit to a ownership. qualified applicant upon completion of payment of the agreed price. (2) The Registrar shall not, without the written consent of the Board, register a transfer of any housing unit under this Act. (3) The certificate of the Board that any affordable housing unit has been sold to an individual under the provisions of this Act shall be conclusive evidence of consent under subsection (2). (4) The registration of an owner of affordable housing units shall be undertaken in accordance with the Sectional Properties Act."
