Temporary Speaker, unless I am not reading the right thing, Clause 12A (3) of the Bill is very clear that the President shall, on the recommendation of the Public Service Commission and approval of the National Assembly, appoint the Chief Administrative Secretaries. ‘Approval’ implies vetting. This House will vet the Chief Administrative Secretaries and ascertain whether they are fit to serve the country."
