"content": "Secondly, this is a clear example of why Members should take time to read the report of committees when tabled because certain times like this one, committees change Bills fundamentally. I think they have deleted close to 19 clauses of this Bill. Having said that and being a Member of the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs, I agree that this time they have done a wonderful job and have served the country well. However, I want to differ with them on one issue: The issue of cabinet secretaries. As a country, we got a new Constitution in 2010.
