Even the Departmental Committee on Land has been involved. Hon. (Dr) Nyikal has asked whether it is in order for us to proceed. It is in order for us to do so. The Deputy Leader of the Majority Party will proceed to move reporting on behalf of Hon. King’ara because this Bill is already a property of this House."
