    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker. I rise to support this Motion. Today, climate change is the biggest conversation globally. Each country is looking for ways to manage the effects of climate change. This is happening because we are meeting the effects of climate change in our everyday lives, from rising temperatures to unpredictable rainfall and droughts to all these issues. It is truly too late for us that, to date, we do not have a scientific way of checking or knowing how to predict climate change issues. Today, it is normal for the weather people to predict that there will be or there will be no rainfall tomorrow. The reverse happens when you wake up. It does not rain when they predict there will be rainfall. This is happening because we, as a country, have not determined a scientific and predictable way of determining the climatic situation.
