I know you have read the Motion, but in the understanding of the Mover of this Motion, the Government has already done so much in taking care of PWDs. What Hon. Ikiara is looking forward to is the possibility of supporting the caregivers of people living with severe disabilities. Hon. Members, I think that is the position as you debate. I acknowledge that it is much better to deal with you these days than it was two or three months ago."
