    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. Listening to the Leader of the Majority Party address this issue of cabinet secretaries not appearing before the House feels like a deja vu moment. It is not the first time he has addressed this matter. As a House, it is about time we started biting. We are not biting enough. The Executive ought to understand that our first role is to question and check them. This is the second week a cabinet secretary who is meant to appear before us has failed and yet, we want to address matters of national importance."
