    "content": "The second thing I have seen from the recommendations, and I support, is that we need to strengthen organisations, especially the National Council for Persons Living with Disabilities, whose Bill is due for a review and is about to come to this House. Since it has been taken over to become a Government Bill, I wish to appeal to the Leader of Majority Party to hasten and bring it to the House. This is so that we can review, amend, and make sure that the gaps that exist in its implementation can serve as a shield. It is not enough to feel entitled. It should go beyond that to ensure that the law is responsive enough. I also agree that this particular Report should be implemented as recommended by the Committee. I support the Report. I, once again, thank the Committee for the good work under the chairmanship of Hon. Yussuf."
