    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker. I also want to support this Motion. Clearly, disability is not inability. Most of those disabled are our brothers and sisters out there. I support this Motion because those people spend a lot of time looking for jobs but they find it difficult to get them. They compete with people who are well, have hands and everything that they need. In the procurement sector, there is a section that says that we need to give jobs to people with disabilities and the youth. Those recommendations should be implemented so that people living with disabilities can also earn a living from where they sit. I support the Committee for the good job they have done."
