    "content": "Lastly, there is need for us to ask ourselves about all those corporations, especially in the energy sector. There is a public limited company that every corporation speaks about in terms of having its consent. Its lands, it is said, are going to the Affordable Housing Scheme, which is okay. However, we must ask ourselves: When people will be buying those houses, will they be buying them from Portland or directly from the Boma Yangu platform? Or will it still be an asset of the corporation? It must be very clear because the company has a title. We will then understand that the land and the title deed are together. As a team of those who have bought those houses, they can know who has the title. Will it be the Government or the Corporation itself?"
