The Madoffs are the people who have stolen from the Kenyan public like the KBCCSC that is being talked about. These are people who have stolen from people and are walking freely in this city when Kenyans are sleeping hungry. Kenyans want to know the truth. The order that has been given, with all due respect to the courts and the judge who gave the order, they know that there is separation of power between Parliament and the Judiciary."
