    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to move: THAT, notwithstanding the provisions of Standing Order No.20(2), this House orders that the Sittings of the House, during the 14 days allotted for the Committee of Supply, in accordance with Standing Order No.155(1), be extended from 7.00 p.m. to 8.30 p.m. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, the primary purpose of this particular Motion is to comply with Standing Order No.155. I wish to refer hon. Members to a Section of that Standing Order which clearly states that we must finalize the business of the Committee of Supply by 31st August. In order to achieve this deadline, while I acknowledge that Committees have worked on all these budgets, you will appreciate that we have very little time as a result of which we are going to be hard pressed for time. For example, when we start the 1st Allotted Day on 28th July, 2009, which is next Tuesday, we shall be looking at two Ministries."
