Could I find out from the requests that I have here those of you who want to speak to the Statements on Legislative Proposals to amend the Constitution? These are the statements by Hon. Bashir Sheikh and Hon. Alice Ng’ang’a on proposals to amend the Constitution. One of the proposals is that, in absence of the commissioners, the Secretary of the Commission can help with the conduct of elections. The other proposal seeks to save the so-called protected constituencies. Could those not contributing to this particular Motion, or those who had not contributed get out of the list and wait for the matter that they are keen to contribute on the next time it is listed?
