    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I first thank the Cabinet Secretary for the comprehensive brief he has given this House. I also commend him because he is one of the visible Cabinet Secretaries we have in this country who is doing good work. I wanted to ask whether investigations have been concluded because he has touched on them. The reason I am asking is that the homicide department of the police force has not delved on the sponsors or the people who paid the five who are already in jail. There is no link to any other persons in this matter. My first supplementary question is why this investigating body has not touched on the sponsors of this murder, noting that Sniper is still in the morgue. He has never been buried. The wife, the family and the entire Meru community is waiting for justice for Sniper. The whole community agreed that Sniper will not be buried until he gets justice. If we could know the sponsors because the Cabinet Secretary’s statement was very clear on who Sniper was---"
