He is always diligent in finding time to come and respond to the issues of Members. I appreciate it when he takes the time to engage us, like he has done this morning. I had earlier requested to speak, but you did not grant me an opportunity. Serving in a position of responsibility or leadership in the House comes with its cost sometimes; part of which includes not picketing at the Speaker when they do not grant you an opportunity to speak.
