That is Lamu West Sub-County whose headquarters is supposed to be Mpeketoni. What does the Government intend to do to see to it that the sub-county headquarters is constructed? Finally, in relation to that, some police stations were constructed by the current Member of Parliament through the NG-CDF, but they are still understaffed. What is the Cabinet Secretary planning to do to see to it that those police stations are staffed?"
