    "content": "have directed them that they must bring down dangerous criminals before they harm them. They must take them down before they take our officers or the people of Kenya down, period. However, we have very few police officers who sometimes go on excess and are involved in issues not related to security and law enforcement, whereby, they misuse their firearms. On those ones, we do not even need to be consulted. The Inspector General (IG) of Police also told me he does not need to be told or give consent. Let them be prosecuted and be jailed for very many years. I submit."
