    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I wish to contribute to this very important Motion presented by the Chairman of Public Investments Committee (PIC). It is a very sad state of affairs as we have heard today from the Chairman of this Committee. As I thank the Chairman and the Vice-Chairman for laying this report on the Table, I also wonder where the Members of this Committee are. This is a very important Report which should be taken seriously by Members of that Committee first and by other hon. Members."
