That policy is to be revised every five years. The National Youth Policy provides a foundation and direction for the National Youth Action Plan. The implementation plan is to ensure that the policy becomes a reality. The policy goes further to suggest an implementation mechanism. It suggests the formation of a National Youth Council as one of the implementing agencies for the National Youth Policy."
