    "content": "Mr. Chairman, Sir, I beg to move: THAT Clause 25 of the Bill be amended in sub-clause (2)(c) by inserting the following new sub-paragraph immediately after sub-paragraph (ii)— (iii) land survey and physical planning; The rationale is that this is on the qualification to be appointed as a member of the commission to include land survey and physical planning which is a critical component of the role of the commission. It is on that note that the provision in land survey and physical planning be considered as they have critical skills on boundary disputes. I urge Members to support this amendment."
