    "content": "Madam Temporary Chairperson, I request that the First Schedule remain as is, for the purpose of election of the representative of the farmers as per Clause 6 (b), where the First Schedule has only been used to elect directors to Kenya Sugar Board. My aspirations have been captured by the introduction of the New Schedule that will create sugar zones of the central region, that is, Kisumu, Southern Nandi and Kericho counties. On Upper Western, we have Bungoma, Kakamega, excluding Mumias areas, Trans Nzoia, Uasin Gishu and Northern Nandi counties.
