    "content": "With due respect to myself and the Government that I love and serve, how can we be a country where we see nothing wrong with doctors carrying twigs and leaves in the streets when they are supposed to be in hospitals treating people? How can we be a country where business people make formal presentations that they were forced to deliver fertilizer in a conduit that has resulted in Kenyans being sold fake fertilizer? How can we see nothing wrong with it? We are happy that the Cabinet Secretary for Agriculture, Livestock Development is today sitting pretty in office when he is responsible for the mess of the sale of counterfeit fertilizer. If the Lord Almighty can speak to the Hon. Cabinet Secretary Linturi, then he should resign at the end of my speech. He is not fit to be a Cabinet Secretary for Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries. How would you sell fake fertilizer to the same people who voted for you?"
