Indeed, I can confirm that in March, he came to Turkana to try to draw up a plan for the largest inland lake in the Republic of Kenya. That is not Lake Victoria as many people might think. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, when are we getting that plan ready, and has the Minister factored sufficient resources in this yearâs Budget to ensure the plan is realized? How much has he factored?"
