    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, the big problem with this Government is the compartmentalized way in which it operates. The Ministry of Education alone cannot sort out this problem. What efforts is the Ministry putting in place to liaise with the Provincial Administration and other important Government agencies in the larger peace efforts to make sure that we have these people back on track in terms of their education because 2010 is quite far? They have already lost one and half years. This exercise has been slow because the Ministry operates in isolation. So, what efforts are they making along with the larger Government organs to make sure that these pupils are back in school?"
