    "content": "I thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I go straight to ask Question No.010. The Question is addressed to the Cabinet Secretary for Roads and Transport. (a) Could the Cabinet Secretary for Roads and Transport provide comprehensive data and records on road accidents involving tractors transporting sugar cane from farms to factories in sugar cane growing areas in Kisumu County since 2017. (b) How many of these accidents are attributable to un-roadworthy tractors and competence of tractor drivers? (c) What is the Government doing to strengthen and streamline regular monitoring and enforcement of licensing of truck drivers as well as the inspection of tractors?"
