    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir, my Question is as follows: (a) Could the Cabinet Secretary provide a timeline for the rehabilitation and expansion of the Lwakhakha-Chwele-Kimilili-Kamukuywa Road to accommodate the increasing traffic, including heavy trucks plying the route? (b) Could the Cabinet Secretary indicate the progress made in acquiring land for the expansion of the said road, stating the due diligence followed and the timelines for compensation of residents whose land will be acquired for the project?
