    "content": "The Cabinet Secretary for Interior and National Administration has been there many times to deal with the question of banditry. As a leader from Kerio Valley, I am concerned. We are working together to see how my Ministry can contribute in combating this disease of banditry. I commiserate with my friend, Sen.
