Is the Assistant Minister in order to mislead the House that the school will be re-opened in six months time when he knows very well that according to the Printed Estimates which are before this House, no money has been factored in the form of allocations to these primary schools, including this one, whose infrastructure has been destroyed and would require to be refurbished before being re- opened? Is the Assistant Minister in order to mislead us when he knows very well that this money is not there?"
