    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, I beg to move- THAT clause 32 of the Bill be amended— (a) in subclause (3) by inserting the words ‘of preparing a report under subsection (4)’ immediately after the words ‘Valuer for purposes’; (b) in subclause (6) by deleting the word ‘tabling’ appearing immediately after the words ‘county assembly for’ and inserting therefor the word ‘approval’.
