    "content": "(c) by inserting the following new subclauses immediately after subclause (6)— (7) The County Assembly shall, within sixty (60) sitting days of submission under subsection (6), by resolution approve or reject the draft valuation roll or draft supplementary valuation roll. (8) Where the County Assembly fails to make a resolution within the period under subsection (7), the draft valuation roll or draft supplementary valuation roll shall be deemed to have been approved."
