Government Valuer if that person— (a) (a) is a citizen of Kenya; (b) (b) has a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from a university recognized in Kenya in— (i) (i) land economics; (ii) real estate;or; (iii) any other relevant field; (c) (c) has at least fifteen years’ experience in the valuation practice;"
