That is a minimum bachelor’s degree in either land economics, real estate or any other relevant field. To provide for the experience of that person, we have put it at 15 years. To be a full member of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya (ISK) and they should meet the requirement of Chapter Six of the Constitution."
