Speaker, the reality is that the Committee, instead of investigating, as this House was told, turned itself into a Supreme Court of Parliament of Kenya, presided over by Lady Justice Naomi Waqo. The rest of us became judges. Our question is, is a Committee of the House supposed to operate like a court, or are we supposed to continue operating like a Committee of the House?
