    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Chairman. In regard to the proposed amendment by Hon. Millie on Clause 14, we did not find merit in it. We are talking of a person not qualified for appointment as a chairperson or even member of the Board. Somebody can be appointed as a chairperson while he is a Board member elsewhere. We did not find merit in it. I think there are few instances where we have Board members serving in more than one Board. We did not find it necessary to put it in law."
