Kimani Ichung’wah, for bringing this Bill, which was committed to my Committee. With what we have done, I now know that we have the legal framework. We hope our colleagues in the Senate will fast track this so that we can have a law that can guide us in managing disasters. I also want to commend and thank Hon. Millie Odhiambo, Member for Suba North, for the many amendments that she has brought which were logical to this Bill. Thank you very much."
