    "content": "An analysis was done on the distribution of resources at the national level from the Kenya Rural Roads Authority (KeRRA) and Kenya Urban Roads Authority (KURA). We will not be surprised that the person who was castigating Senate yesterday, the hon. Kimani Ichungwa, the Member of Parliament for Kikuyu Constituency, out of the Kshs350 million allocated to Kiambu County under KURA, Kshs220 million has somehow found its way to Kikuyu Constituency, where this Member of Parliament comes from. Mr. Speaker, Sir, a total sum of 94 per cent of the money under KeRRA is utilised in Kikuyu Constituency alone, at Kshs1.45 billion. The bill for electricity that is owed to Kenya Power (KP) is Kshs1.5 billion in Nairobi City County. The money that hon. Ichungwa receives is enough to pay our electricity bills."
